| Thank you for all the help I've received over the last year in arranging lifts to the hospital for me. It is much appreciated. I also look forward to being able to join the Saturday trips when my health has improved. I've enjoyed those that I have been able to go on. |

| "Being without transport and cut off from bus routes we are sorry that we cannot attend the AGM. We wish to express our appreciation for the work that the OCTG does. We have used the Ring and Ride Service on a regular basis for some time now and wish to thank the cheerful voice at the end of the phone when booking and the drivers who are so kindly and helpful at all times. These trips give us not only the opportunity to shop, but the chance to see a change of scenery and to enjoy the company of other passengers. We would feel very cut off without them." |
